Cancellation Policy :
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.
In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 12 hour advance notice is required when cancelling any appointment scheduled 48 hours in advance. This gives you the MAXIMUM time possible to figure out what works best for you and still allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment or for me to get other Human Bodywork business done. If you are unable to give me 12 hours advance notice you will be charged FULL for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to, or during, your next scheduled appointment.If SUKANT TIWARI cancels with less than 12 hours notice your next bodywork of equal length will be free. Due to the nature of mobile work I ask for a / or - 10 minute window of arrival from my clients. I will strive to be at the appointment at the scheduled time but Delhi traffic is outside of my control and accidents and things do happen. Please be patient.

No-shows

anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
